Introduction

These Rules and Regulations govern the use of the Sky Exchange platform by all users, including Super, Master, and Sub account holders. By accessing or using Sky Exchange, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Rules and Regulations, along with the Terms and Conditions.

Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension, bet cancellation, fund reversal, or permanent account closure, at the discretion of Sky Exchange management.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Account Responsibility Structure

• Super and Master account holders are fully responsible for the actions, misuse, or violations committed by Sub accounts under their control.

• Financial penalties, reversals, or losses caused by Sub accounts will be borne by their respective Super or Master account holder.

• Individual users are responsible for securing their login credentials and account activity.

Technical Availability and Market Dependency

Sky Exchange aims to operate 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Sky Exchange is not liable for losses caused by:

  • Technical failures

  • Internet disruptions

  • Data feed delays

  • Third-party provider issues (including Betfair.com)

If Betfair resettles, voids, or amends a market, Sky Exchange will follow the same settlement outcome.

Restricted Territories

Users from restricted territories are not permitted to place bets or access markets.

Restricted Countries Include (but are not limited to):

Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Singapore, China, Japan, South Africa, and other listed territories.

• Accounts found accessing Sky Exchange from restricted regions may have all winnings voided.

• Restrictions apply to both residents and visitors.

Abandonments, Postponements & Venue Changes

• Events not completed within 3 days are generally void unless otherwise specified.

• Tournament markets may be settled within 90 days if an official ruling is announced.

Dead Heat Rules

When more winners occur than expected:

• Stakes are proportionally reduced

• Winnings are calculated using the Dead Heat formula

Exchange Multiples Rules

• Exchange Multiples consist of multiple legs across events.
